We are glad you are here. Whether you have a question about a calculation, need to report a problem,
or want to talk about a partnership, email is the best way to reach us.
Ways to get in touch
Email: [email protected]
Preferred contact method: Email is the fastest way to reach us. Messages go to the
editor of Kit Space, not to an outsourced support desk.
What we can help with
- Corrections and factual errors — if a formula, an input, or a reference value on one of our calculators is wrong, tell us the page and we will check it against the source.
- Broken tools and display problems — a calculator that will not load, returns an error, or shows a result that does not match the formula printed on the page.
- Tool requests — a calculation you need that we do not cover yet.
- Licensing and reuse — questions about citing, quoting, or republishing our content.
- Business enquiries — advertising, data, and integration questions.
What we cannot help with
We cannot give personal advice. Kit Space publishes reference calculators and the arithmetic behind
them. We are not a licensed financial adviser, attorney, accountant, or physician, and we cannot
tell you what to do about your taxes, your loan, your contract, or your circumstances. Please take
those questions to a qualified professional in your own jurisdiction. See our
Disclaimer for the full statement.
Business hours
Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (UTC+8). Email that arrives outside these hours
is answered on the next business day.
Typical response time
We typically respond within 24–48 business hours. Factual corrections are
usually turned around faster, because they go straight to the top of the queue.
How to report a problem quickly
If you have details to share, include them in your email — the page URL, the numbers you
entered, the result you expected, and the result you got. That is usually enough for us to reproduce
the problem and fix it in one pass, rather than trading messages for a week.
Who runs this site
Kit Space is edited by Owen Renshaw. You can read
how the calculators are built and sourced on our
About page.
